Separate product configurations, quantities and delivery requirements before discussing a quotation.
Start with the application
Describe what you intend to pack, how the package will be filled and how it will be moved or stored. Select a product series as a starting point, not as confirmation of suitability. Record any relevant operating conditions and ask the sales team which requirements need technical review.
Keep configurations separate
List each distinct combination of size, construction and printing as a separate RFQ line, even when it belongs to the same product series. State the dimensions and their units explicitly. Do not combine quantities for different configurations into one total; each line needs its own requested quantity and requirements.
Describe the delivery request
Provide the destination and your requested delivery window. Distinguish an initial purchase from an estimate of later demand. These details are buyer requests: they do not establish an agreed lead time, available stock, freight cost or commercial delivery term. Confirm those items separately in the sales discussion.
Confirm the reviewed specification
Use the requirement checklists to prepare missing details before submitting. A submission receipt confirms that an inquiry was recorded, not that a quotation, technical approval or order exists. Compare the specification returned by the sales team with every RFQ line before approving a commercial document.

Yes. Different sizes or configurations should remain separate, with an independent quantity for each line.
