Can one product series have several lines?
Yes. Keep different sizes or configurations separate, each with its own quantity.
Does a request confirm a price?
No. Specifications, price and delivery terms are reviewed and confirmed by the factory separately.
How do I ask for samples?
Mention it in the quote request. Availability, charges and dispatch of samples are confirmed by the factory separately.
Are the dimensions I entered approved?
No. Until the construction and specification are reviewed and confirmed, they are buyer requirements.
Can I start without an artwork file?
Yes. Describe your needs in the request form and agree the file handover with the factory separately.
Does the platform take payment for goods?
No. Contract and payment go directly to the factory, only to the company account in the contract.
