What the platform is
KARVON is a showcase of Chinese factories and a request-forwarding service for buyers in Central Asia. The platform does not sell goods, does not take payment for them and is not a party to the contract between buyer and factory.
Requests and replies
A buyer's request is passed to the factory together with the contacts provided. The factory replies directly. The platform may remind factories about unanswered requests and track reply speed.
Factory verification
Verification badges are granted under the rules of the "Factory verification" page. Data without a badge is marked "Stated by the factory"; the platform does not guarantee its accuracy.
Payment
Pay only to the company account named in the contract. The platform never asks to transfer money to personal cards or third-party accounts.
Prohibited
Listing goods whose export is restricted by law; using others' brands without rights; stating false certificates or specifications; using buyers' contacts for mailings.
Complaints
Reports of violations are accepted by e-mail and WhatsApp from the Contact section. Confirmed violations lead to removal of badges or closure of the shop.
